๐ Getting Started
Welcome to EduCore. Follow these steps to set up your application quickly and correctly.
1️⃣ First-Time Run & Admin Account
The first time you launch the app, you’ll be asked to create your Admin account. This account has full privileges to manage users, settings, and data.
⚠️ Important: Choose a strong password. Weak passwords put your institute's records at risk.
2️⃣ Institute Setup
After login, create or configure your Institute profile. Each institute has its own student list and settings.
- Set institute name, address and contact details.
- Choose class structure and sections.
- Upload a logo for branding on reports.
3️⃣ Initial Setup Checklist
Before recording daily activities, complete these basics:
- ➡️ Add Students with guardian details.
- ➡️ Create Classes / Sections.
- ➡️ Set fee structure and payment modes.
๐ก Tip: Correct setup ensures accurate attendance and fee reports.
4️⃣ Daily Usage
- Mark attendance from the Attendance tab.
- Record fee payments from the Fee Collection tab.
- Generate reports from the Reports section.

Each screen in EduCore is designed for a specific function. Here’s what they do:

Your administrative dashboard shows:

Includes quick actions for new attendance, fee entry and report generation.
๐ Attendance
Mark attendance easily for each class and view monthly summaries for teachers and admins.
๐ณ Fee Management
Record payments, print receipts, and track pending balances by student and class.
๐ Reports
Attendance reports, fee reports and student lists can be generated, printed or exported where supported.
⚙ Settings
Manage institute details, users, backup/restore, and other administrative options.
⚠️ Important: Restoring a backup replaces current data. Always verify before restoring.
