๐ก Installation & License
EduCore is distributed as a Windows installer. The first-time installation offers a 30-day free trial for up to 50 students. A license is required to activate the full version.

- Processor: Dual-core (Intel i3 / AMD equivalent)
- RAM: 4 GB
- Disk Space: 500 MB free
- Display: 1366 × 768 or higher
- Operating System: Windows 10 or newer (64-bit)
⚙️ Recommended Requirements
- Processor: Quad-core (Intel i5 or higher)
- RAM: 8 GB or more
- Disk Space: 2 GB free (SSD recommended)
- Display: 1920 × 1080 (Full HD)
- Screen Scaling: Supports 100%–125% DPI
๐ง Additional Requirements
- Runtime: No need to install Python — it’s bundled inside the setup where applicable.
- Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (2015–2022): May be required. The installer will guide you if missing.
- Permissions: Administrator rights may be required during installation.

EduCore stores data locally. Use the Settings → Backup option to create backups and keep copies externally for safety.

Your data remains stored locally. EduCore supports role-based access and secure password storage to protect sensitive records.
๐ Installation & Usage Tips
- Download the setup file from the official link provided on the site.
- Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Once installed, launch EduCore from your Start Menu or desktop shortcut.
- For best performance, install on your system drive (C:\).
- Ensure antivirus does not block the installation.
⚠️ Limitations
- Supports single-machine operation per license by default.
- Not designed for server/cloud multi-instance without customization.
- Large datasets may require more RAM for heavy reports.

- If the app doesn’t start, check antivirus or reinstall required redistributables.
- For display issues, adjust Windows scaling to 100–125%.
